Clear No vote as treaty fails
As I mentioned in an earlier post, the treaty gives powers away that we can never get back, undermining British law. Our leaders saw fit to break their promises and not allow us a vote after the original constitution failed miserably in France and Holland.
I'm so glad these robber barons failed, though I reckon we will get another crappy rehash of it soon enough. The treaty was over 97% similar to the failed constitution, no doubt they'll come up with an equally preposterous proposal.
But for now, the news is brilliant...
